Do I need to register if I don’t plan to purchase photos?

Registration lets us know you’d like your child to have their own dedicated photo session. There’s no obligation to purchase afterwards, but if you’re not planning to order, you can simply skip registration—this way we can schedule our time more efficiently and makes the photo day smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.

How do I sign up for my child’s photos?

Simply register through the link sent by the childcare centre. Only registered children will be photographed.

If I only want the class group photo, what should I do?

Simply complete the form and choose “Class Group Photo Only” in the second question.

How many photos will I get to choose from?

You’ll usually receive 8-20 photos in your private online gallery, where you can select your favorites as digital files or prints.

We understand that some children are a bit shy, and we always take the time to capture their unique personalities. The number of photos may vary depending on the child’s temperament, with more photos often available for more outgoing children.

What are your photography package prices?

We offer packages to suit all budgets, starting from $25, with a variety of print and album options available. If you prefer digital photos only, a single digital photo is $29, and all of your child’s solo digital photos are capped at $199. A detailed price poster will be provided when the centre shares the registration link.

What activities will my child be photographed doing, and where will the photos be taken?

We capture your child enjoying activities like playing, reading, drawing, climbing, and dancing. Photos are typically taken indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather and your child’s preferences.

Most photos will be taken in a 30-minute session, but we can take more on another day if needed. If your child has a special outfit, let the educators know so they can help dress them.

What if my child is absent or unwell?

No worries—we’ll arrange a makeup day for children who miss their photo session.

What if my child is shy, doesn’t want to be photographed, or needs special attention?

If your child is shy or needs special attention, we spend extra time helping them warm up. We may photograph multiple times if needed, ensuring we capture the best moments. Sometimes we may not get a smile, but a cute expression or a moment of them enjoying an activity they love.

How do I know when my child will be photographed, and if they’ve already had their photo taken?

We’ll send you an SMS at least one day before the photoshoot to remind you to dress your child appropriately. You will also receive a link to a daily-updated list of children who have already completed their photo sessions.

If your child’s name appears on this list, it means their session is complete and you no longer need to prepare special outfits each day. If your child’s name does not yet appear, their session is still in progress. In that case, please continue to dress them nicely each day until their session is finished.

How long after Photo Month will I receive my photos?

Unlike many other kindy photo companies, we carefully colour grade and retouch each photo, so the process takes a little longer. You’ll receive a private gallery link via email or SMS approximately 4–6 weeks after the last child has been photographed.

How large are the high-resolution files?

High-resolution files are 3500-5000 pixels on the long side at 300dpi, ideal for high-quality prints.

Why haven’t I received my email with photo viewing details?

First, please check your junk/spam mail folder. If you still can’t find it, don’t worry—just email us with your child’s centre, class, and full name, and we’ll get back to you with the details.

What if I forget to download my purchased digital photos?

We recommend downloading your photos right after purchase to avoid any issues. The link will stay active for 6 months. After that, all photos are removed from online storage. If you need access after this period, an administration fee may apply. Don’t forget to back up your photos to keep them safe!

Do you offer sibling photo sessions?

Yes, we do. After filling out the individual forms for each child, please submit one additional registration for the sibling session. In the “First Name” field, kindly list both names (e.g., “Adam & Bella siblings”). When selecting “Days Of Attendance”, choose a day when both children are at the center, and we’ll arrange the session.
