PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS & FAQ

Before Photo Month

Each centre will receive a registration link to share with parents for signing up their child for the photoshoot.

Before the Photoshoot

We send SMS notifications to parents at least one day before the photoshoot, reminding them to dress their children appropriately.

During Photo Month

We typically offer two sessions each day:

•Session 1: From the centre’s opening time until lunch.

•Session 2: After nap time until the centre closes.

The specific schedule can be tailored to meet the centre’s requirements.

Where Are Photos Taken?

Photos are usually taken in indoor or outdoor play areas, depending on the weather and children’s preferences.

What If a Child Is Absent?

We will arrange a makeup day for any children who are absent or unwell.

How Long Does the Photography Process Take?

Photo Month typically lasts two weeks, with makeup sessions for absent or shy children extending it to 3-4 weeks if needed. If you have specific time constraints, feel free to let us know, but we recommend allowing extra time to ensure the best possible photos for every child. Parents will receive a link to view and purchase photos within 2-3 weeks after all sessions are completed.

Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we carry public liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Do You Have WWCC?

Yes, all our photographers hold valid Working with Children Checks (WWCC).

Do You Provide Promotional Materials?

We will supply email templates and digital flyers for centres to share with parents. Physical posters for display at the centre will also be provided before and during Photo Month.

WHAT WE NEED FROM THE CENTRE

•Preferred start and end dates for Photo Month.

•Total number of children at the centre.

•A list of room names for parents to select during registration.

•A schedule of unsuitable times for photography in the centre or certain rooms.

What We Need Centre to Do for Us:

•Display the provided physical posters in a convenient location at the centre before and during Photo Month.

•Assist in sending out THREE emails to parents (we will provide templates):

1.First Email

Sent 2-3 weeks before Photo Month begins. This will notify parents of the upcoming photoshoots and include the registration link. It will also provide the date for the class photo.

2.Second Email

Sent one week before the photoshoot, this serves as a reminder of the upcoming class photos and ensures parents have registered.

3.Third Email

Sent near the end of Photo Month, this will inform parents that 90% of registered children have been photographed. It will also provide a final reminder for those who have yet to register.

AS A “THANK YOU” TO THE CENTRE

To show our appreciation for choosing us, we offer the following options each year:

•Professional staff photos.

•Photography coverage of a centre event (e.g., graduation ceremony, festivals).

•Centre interior photos (for marketing purposes).

•Actual sales commission (specific percentages can be negotiated).
